I was in a mtg last evening that had 3 County employees who depend on RF communications to do their jobs and they all agreed that August 25th is the official cut-over date. And between now and then the "4 known dead spots" identified are to be fixed and it looks like "mini repeaters" will be the fix in each area. All seemed happy with the recent tests of the new system.

August 24rd @ 0300 hrs is the cutover. The dead spots have reportedly been addressed.

I just bought a bcd396xt scanner. I have tried to program it with no luck. Anyone in Hanover Co. that could help me program my scanner? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Heard Hanover ECC testing on the metro Richmond system tonight, they were on the region wide talkgroups.
