Harper Woods

Hey guys, I need a little help here. I programmed St Clair Shores, East Pointe and Roseville PD and FD talk groups into my 396xt just fine with software that is out of state. Have been trying to MANUALLY program Harper Woods and the Grosse Pointe talk groups in to the same radio in zone 2. I am so close to having it right. Programmed all of the frequencies in, can see activity on the bar graph but I do not receive any audio even when I change from scan to the ID search mode. Believe something is set wrong but cant put my finger on it. Can any of you send the manual settings for frequency, band and site to me?

If I program the Harper Woods dispatch talk group ID into zone 1 along with the SCS talk groups it works, just trying to get the Harper Woods and Gpt's into zone 2. Something is wrong, is there a way that I have to tell the radio that it should be in the trunk mode, Freq for base, hi and lo? fleet map? cant put my finger on it. Some of the settings for z1 scs don't even display in the radio so I cant copy all of the settings even though SCS and Harper Woods are using the same system.

Your thoughts?

By any chance did anyone here write down the Harper Woods and Grosse Pointe detective bureau talk ID groups before they were removed from this site a couple of weeks ago?

Are you programming them as the Eastern Wayne Consortium? They are now on the MPSCS.

Yes, I caught that change earlier, I am using the Macomb County Simulcast frequencies. When I get my hands back on my Pro Scan software I will resolve all of this. In the mean time I will just monitor bank 1 for all of my monitoring needs around here. Thanks for the thought.

These are the DB TG's from the old 800 system, 240 Common DB, 272 Farms DB, 304 Woods DB,
336 Shores DB, 368 HW DB, 400 City DB, 432 Park DB.

I checked my radios but don't show any DB TG's on the new system.

Thanks, those are the talk groups I was looking for. Many of the PDs have been requesting RR to not post certain investigative talk groups. The talk groups you provided may have been replaced with others but interestingly enough the new talk group plan does not contain unique detective bureay talk groups for each entity.

When setting up talkgroups on MPSCS, the usage of the old system was reviewed. The Db talkgroups were getting less than 10 PPT a year so they were not created on MPSCS.
