I have a friend that needs his scanner programed to listen to Harrison Co. I have the scanner and i currenty use Free Scan. Its a Radioshack Pro-197. Does anyone have a programing file already made? I'm thinking Saint Clairsville is the post that covers Harrison? Im unsure with the area and not sure how to do the programing.

I think FreeScan only works with Uniden DMA radios.

You are correct I just figured that out. I have only had Uniden Scanners. What is the best programming to use?

I don't know. You might look in the wiki about Radio Shack scanners, or the section on Programming software on this site, or someone who knows will come along.
