Harrison County Sheriff Digital Only

It appears that the Harrison County Sheriff analog frequencies are no longer used.
39.68 and 39.02 have no analog traffic anymore.
The digital talk groups on the digital system are active.
Can anyone confirm this as fact ?

Motorolanut lives in Clarksburg and he can give you the up-to-date facts but when I went through Harrison Co. on my way to Pennsylvania a couple months ago, 39.6800 was active. I assume it was being used as an analog patch from the WVIRP for backup purposes.

#1 is sad to say....Semi Retired and only used as a emergency backup. If you are lucky you might hear a simulcast now and then on 39.6800 see note below

The WVIRP is used exclusively here in Harrco.

Simulcast continues for:
453.7000 Clarksburg PD
155.6850 Bridgeport PD
159.1950 Harrco EMS mainly for tone outs

NOTE:Most, around 95% of all low band radios have been pulled from the Harrco Sheriff's vehicles and other local PD municipalites. Low band are NO longer being reinstalled as new vehicles are purchased.
Everyone runs WVIRP....Hence the limited simulcast..LOL very few could hear it....

Harrison Sheriff is back on analog 39.68 today.
Coming in loud and clear in Bridgeport.
I hope they stay up on this channel due to many older analog only radios in Harrison county.
