I read that the 3 counties are going to be testing the system on Aug. 12-14. Has anyone set this up on their scanner? I found the base frequency of 453.0250 and the step is 12.5khz, but I can't find the offset channel listed anywhere. Can anyone give me anywhere to look where I can find more info on this system?
