Like fully encrypted or what? I can't hear them on any scanner..

They moved to this system a couple years ago.
Assuming you are close enough to receive the system at all, if you blindly downladed it from the db and did nothing else then you won't hear anything because nobody has submitted any talkgroups for Dyess .
You may have to create your own system and wildcard or ID Search it.
It was not totally encrypted the last time I was able to hear it.
A list of unidentified active talkgroups is at

Some are encrypted and some are clear.

I am listening to the system as we speak, loud and clear.
I have it set up on the Pro-197 with a wildcard, works fine.
One day maybe I will try to ID some of the talkgroups

Make a P25 trunk system
Enter in the 7 frequencies form the RR database
Turn on ID serch
Enter in the 7 frequencies form the RR database
