Has KC Wireless LTR transitioned to DMR?

While at a gas station in Butler, MO recently the '536 saw: NT: 12 Site: 3 Color Code 4 on 463.5375.
KC Wireless has a site in Altoona, Mo./Bates CO about 10 miles away listed in RR as LTR: KC Wireless .. (which is licensed to Communications Equipment Holdings...)
With most LTRs going away I wonder if this system/site is transitioning to DMR? No TG or RIDs copied on the brief search.

To answer your question yes, they are transitioning their assets to DMR.

100% of the TGs heard on the Joplin site are encoded. Just sent in cc and TG numbers all in the 7###### series
