Has Spring moved moved completely to the TRS?

I am not receiving anything on the TRS or conventional channels for them. I suppose they may have gone encrypted but just checking. I am located in Columbia and have gotten them in past years? They hds a chase last night on 396 and 65 and I didn't get anything from them only state and Maury County.
