Hastings area Dakota county

I am new to the digital world of scanners. I have got Dakota county programmed into my 996xt but the hastings pd site never has any activity. I am wondering if anyone know where there activity is located. I hear call go out for sheriffs dispatch but never for hastings pd.

They are dispatched on the DK L MAIN 3 talkgroup.

I know this is the wrong thread to be asking this question but i am trying to not creat a bunch of new threads for questions and i am not able to find the answer i am looking for. I am wondering if anyone knows that talk group the university of Minnesota DULUTH uses in Duluth? I know that they are a non digital channel but that is no longer used and i cannot figure out which talk group they use. If anyone knows that would be great thanks.

Hastings police use the HAST PD talkgroups listed a little (and much more when something is going on). Looking back over the past 3.5 days:
HAST PD OP3 (tg 4352) - a bit more than 10 minutes/day
HAST PD ADM (tg 4400) - averaged about 26 seconds/day
HAST PD (tg 4376) - no use
