Hatzolah EMS programming

Is there anyone here who knows how to program Hatzolah frequencies onto a Motorola HT1250LS even with only hearing certain areas? Kind of like Sel Call or something like that I think. Here is what I have:

C Catskils 038
CH Crown Heights 230
ES East Side 330
F Flatbush 430
K Canarsie 530
M Manhattan 034
Q Queens 630
RD Riverdale 036
RL Rockaway Lawrence 730
