Have a way to distinguish between P25 Phase I and II on frequency list

I was looking to get a Icom F90011T and I think it's only phase 1. Will it pick up phase 2 as well? The OPP are Motorola Type 2 Smart Zone- is this phase 2? All I could find for phase 1 is CFB Borden.

Until the complete switch-over to the new system (ATSRO P25 ENC) OPP still is using P25 fleetnet is still in the clear. Not sure the icom supports the Astro system.
