Haverhill fire go p25?

Recently I heard Haverhill fire analog.. While running public safety searches on the pro 106, I got 154.3625 nac 641... Noone in New Hampshire is licensed for that freq. Harder to hear now, but it sounds like a fire dept..
The pro 106 is connected to a folded dipole pointing due west..
