I'm having dificulty trying to connect to RR from ARC15 &ARC 996 software, says RRdisconnected, I have the right screename &password. can't figure it out?

Maker sure you have the latest version of these programs. This is not a Uniden issue, so you should go to the software forum if you still have problems.
