Having issues updating BCD325p2 firmware

Installed the BC_VUP3 the radio connects to COM4 but when it attempts to install, it goes through the download but gives me an error that the radio is not connected. I believe I have the correct serial drivers installed since it works with ProScan and all my Uniden software works fine.

Running Win 10.

Solved it, set the baud rate for the COM4 down and it loaded up fine,
