Hawaii Mil Air freqs

Aloha all,

I tried posting in the Hawaii forum but no joy...I'll be going to Hawaii in a couple of weeks and I've been trying to find some milair freqs to plug into my scanner.

Does anybody have some milair freqs or suggestions as to where I can find some? I've done some searching via Google, but have not come up with anything very useful. I guess I'm looking for someone in Hawaii or who has been to Hawaii and monitored milair traffic there.

I don't know anything about Hawaii in particular, but a good place to start is with the DOD published documents here

Download and take a look at the following docs -- (warning, large PDFs!!!)

-- AP3
-- AP3A

Note: Hawaii is covered by the Pacific docs and not by the US ones...

These documents will provide the published freqs for the Airfields and Training Areas/Routes in Hawaii. At least you'll have somewhere to start.

These documents may not be available to the public much longer as detailed elsewhere on the board.....

You can also pull Some Milair freqs from the FAA Digital Terminal Procedures page at -

It just covers civilan airports but includes the MilAir approach and tower freqs where available
