Hawk Run Park?

Does anyone know where there's a Hawk Run Park in Pennsylvania? It's run by the Department of Natural Resources.

I copied 'Hawk Run' calling unit 328 this morning on 151.175 with a PL of 114.8. I also caught the last part of the FCC Callsign as 265.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hawk Run would be a DEP District Office. Staff here are primarily involved in mining issues, but there are some other programs with staff stationed there, too.

DEP = Dept. of Environmental Protection (env. inspectors, emergency resp.)
DCNR = Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources (Parks and Forestry)

Both of these agencies used to be a single entity - DER or Dept. of Environmental Resources. The VHf system is maintained by DCNR but is used by both DCNR and DEP. There is no uniformity to DEP unit number assignments (they vary by region and office).
