Fayette County on winding US 60. Should be really nice in October.
Edit: BTW, if using I-68 out of MD to I-79 in WV is not out of your way, take I-79 down to the Mountain Expressway (US 19). Then ride that beautiful route across the New River (Royal Gorge of the East) south of US 60 to SR 16, then back up to Hawks Nest. On the return, take the very winding SR 16 back up to I-79.
