Does anyone in Western NC monitor Haywood EMC?

They had run a LTR Passport system for a long time. I'm now receiving a DMR Cap+ signal on 461.5875 from my location in South Carolina, and that's one of the frequencies licensed to Haywood EMC for Buncombe County. The system shows this is site #2, with neighbors 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6. I have in my notes that HEMC has sites in Cashiers, Clyde, Cherry Hill, Franklin and Highlands. I'm guessing they have upgraded their Passport system to Cap+. There's no voice traffic now
Can anyone else confirm this?
Thanks
Brian
