Reported major chlorine leak at treatement plant at 49 E High ST, Shepherdstown. Companies from Jefferson, Washington, Berkeley Counties alerted/enroute. Pd requested assistance blocking off streets. Pedestrians entering area at will. Dept. of WV OES notified. Am unsure of whether is water or wastwater plant.
