Active Hazmat scene 100E Tryon Rd, I think at the big First Citizens Bank facility there. Most of Raleigh Hazmat team active. Didnt hear what it was, but something down a drain into the sewer. Tac14 on Raleigh fire channels. Stormwater/Public Works enroute to assist.
