update 10:10-tetrachloride..i didnt catch which compand it was...but its a liquid in storage but when it hits air it becomes a vapor and the vapor turns into sulfuric acid...some was spilled in a pt's eye and inhaled....at 10:17 a 2nd ambulance was dispatched to the location and is now taking a 2nd pt to the hospital...the pt is having diff. breathing and it went out as a traumatic injury suspected of inhaling a lot of this chemical..ill try to keep this up to date
