HAZMAT Response to letter containing unknown powder.. (Montomery County)

Montgomery County TRS; Operations on "7-Golf" (TGID 3536[dec])

Came in in the middle of it... (approx. 1530hrs EST)

At the Verizon Inc. building

HAZMAT Response to unknown powder in letter causing irritation.

Isolating people that came in contact with person(s).

99% hit for Rhenium oxide ..pH test negative 'neutral' (not sure what they used to test it and sounds like they're trying to confirm it)

~1624: Trace amount of powder that could have possibly become airborne
described as dust-like very fine powder "like baby powder"

1630: ".. came out and back in .. tested again ... seems like it's dissipating"
