Is this the incident in Elmore Co? If it is last I heard it was some kind of paint that was leaked out of a truck because of a hatch no closed right.

Ahh, that must of been why I heard the Elmore county road crews out so late setting up road closed signs. I didn't get in at the start of it so I didn't know why they were out. They mentioned something about sanding the road so I assumed it was ice but maybe it was paint.
