It happened in SC it could happen in DC. It killed 14 people in not as populated area. if u didnt notace I'm talking about the CL(Chlorine) spill and with the railrode tracks behind the Capitol duilding it could kill thousands if not millions of people, but because lots of money is on the line the polotishions wolnt divert the cars around DC. Go figure.
