HDSDR not Accepting Signal from rtl-sdr dongle

Hi, folks. Any of you clever people have a suggestion for me? The dongle does not appear in the list of input choices under the "Options" button selection. I'm thinking its a com port problem but I don;t see any way to match up a com port with the HDSDR file. Also, I installed the dongle in the HDSDR file that i set up, and also zadig. Help!! Thanks, folks.
