Not everything out there is posted to the RR database. In cases like these,
try the Industry Canada TAFL searchh to come up with data such that MJC
has posted:

Licensee Name Search | Spectrum Direct | Industry Canada

This name search can be a bit selective if you don't specify the licencee
name exactly. I found data with english and french names:

Notice different spellings for "St. Lawrence".

There is a bunch of stuff listed in the microwave range, looks
like video or some other wideband link, most likely no interest to
scanner listeners.

I've heard some activity on 460.1500 (repeater) down around Morrisburg
area.

Montreal-Traffic: ch 10 (156.5000 mhz) from Montreal St-Lambert to Repentigny
Montreal-Traffic: ch 9 (156.4500 mhz) from Repentigny to Yamachiche

Quebec-Traffic: ch 13 (156.6500 mhz) from Yamachiche to Quebec

Marinas (Longueuil): ch 68 (156.4250 mhz)

Coast Guard: ch 16 and 19

The communications are mainly in french.
