I'll be setting up, working, and tearing down our booth at the Mid American Trucking Show in Louisville, KY this week. Well, as to setting up and tearing down my participation will primarily be one of supervision (on the one hand, I'm the only one who has seen and participated in assembling this 20' booth; on the other hand, with two ruptured disks, not going to do any of the heavy lifting myself).
So, expect me to be missing from the boards a lot until next week. If you have a question about how your scanner works, go ahead and post it in the appropriate forum...plenty of expertise remains when I'm not around. If you have a service related problem (i.e. you are not asking for advice or education, but rather are looking to resolve an issue) either submit a help ticket at Customer Support or call our scanner support group at 1.800.297.1023 and follow the IVR prompts for scanner support.
Actually, that last paragraph pretty much holds true even when I'm in the office, but especially so when I'm traveling.
