Can someone look at their headphone jack and tell me if it has a nut on it? My SDS100 arrived today with a headphone jack nut rattling around in the box, and none on the jack, although it does not look like there is any thread at all protruding from the case to even accept the nut. Maybe that's why it came as a kit...

Thanks.

Negative. Maybe it's from the SMA connector???

Hello,

If it is a silver colored threaded ring with two slots cut in it, then it is likely from the SMA connector.

That one's in place, thank goodness.

I'm just gonna call it a birthday present and not worry about it.

Thanks!

Were your AC wall charger and battery still in their protective plastic bags?

Both of mine were lying lose in the box.

The headphone jack doesn't have a nut. It fits into a hole in the case from the inside, and sits flush with the outer surface of the case under the protective cover.
