Heard in Tulsa

I was monitoring the Osage County Sheriff Frequencies in Tulsa and heard a call about a man that went to one location and assaulted one man and that RP stated the suspect may be at another location assaulting another person and when the police arrived, the suspect was GOA and he had been there and had assaulted another individual this morning.

Well ... that will happen. A little fire water plus a full moon. What do you expect? A man just can't spend his life sitting around.
