164.0625 R - PL 123.0 - 58 and 59 were talking

163.4625 - NAC 1AF - "Hanscom" was talking - "initiate foot patrol 1800 series"

165.1875 - PL 136.5 - sounded like a repeater with a 2 second unkey time - "21" - "copy" - might be Pease in NH

164.0625 - common VA hospital freq

163.4625 - Hanscom AFSP

165.1875 - common Air Force land mobile freq; I noted it being used at Hanscom, Pease, and Westover at different times

Is AFSP = air force police?

I was guessing that 165.1875 was Pease because I was hearing Portsmouth NH FD on 153.77 around the same time - which would indicate that I was getting extended reception in that direction - probably due to the low cloud deck at that time.

Yes Air Force Security Police.

I no longer reside in MA but travel there to see relatives, I will stick all of those in my mobile scanner and see what pops up.

Usually I hear the 7 AM tone test on 173.5875 - perhaps it is simulcasted.
