Heard Traffic on ITAC 866.0125 In Tulsa

This morning I heard some radio traffic on ITAC-Calling 866.0125 PL 156.7 in Tulsa. It was through through the repeater and it sounded like 2 individuals doing some type of traffic control in a construction zone. Wonder why they were on an ITAC channel?

Largely dispatch does not monitor itac. If they tried that on a tactical freq. on o the dispatchers would immediately want to know whats going on. Talk around gets quite busy. Itac is becoming the gossip area.
