Hello,

The the Jackson City PD in Breathitt County uses 155.880 with a PL of 110.9 . I am not sure how far south you are from Breathitt County, but if you had a way of checking the PL (CTCSS Code) used by the dept. you are hearing it might help you a little. This Repeater has good range. I live in Morgan Co. and travel often into Rowan Co. and can often still hear the Jackson PD with little trouble. There is a lee college in Jackson, but not a hospital that I know of. The Local Hospital is dispatched as KRMC by the dispatcher.
