460.325 MHz, PL 114.8 is used by Cowley County, KS Sheriff. Hear them in Stillwater all the time. Even hear them complaining about SPD interfering with them!

Cowley County, KS

UCO in Edmond also uses it (PL 107.2), as does (or did) Owasso Public Works. Hear UCO all the time, but not Owasso (fortunately).
