Anybody know why I am hearing simulcast of CHP Fort Tejon (Bakersfield Dispatch Center) on 39.12 and also 42.6 simultaneously? I saw that there is a license for 39.12 located at the Fort Tejon office, but not sure why we would hear dispatch on both frequencies simultaneously.
