That is what I am going to miss about Nebraska State Patrol coming off of low-band. Folks used to hear them all over the country.

Seems like Texas call pull Missouri in better than we can in Missouri.
A site like RR would have been fun back when the low band was used more.
For example......If I were a feed provider for the Missouri HP, I could stream my low band in the usual way......but if conditions were ripe, an alternate provider from out of state could takeover my feed when conditions were favorable.
Or, I could ask that out of state provider to stream to my own machine and I could relay it to RR using my own login/password.
