Any member have the freqs, systems used by medicav stationed in Lynchburg. Nothing noted in RR database

Virginia State Police MedFlight III is based out of Lynchburg. For law enforcement missions, you'll find them on the STARS system. Someone more knowledgable will have to let you know about their EMS missions, but Statewide EMS, Med 9, and Med 10 are always good channels to monitor for rotor-wing ops.
