I apologize to this forum for receiving such valuable information several months ago and then dropping all scanning.

Well I'm back and I'll have to re-learn almost everything because I think I forgot most of what I learned from you.

My prime objective now is to stream my scanner broadcast over the Internet.

Is there a comprehensive 'how to' post or url that is elementary that takes you from step 1 all the way to streaming.

I have a Windows dedicated server.

Whether you dedicate a server (computer) for your feed programs, or run the feed from a computer that you also surf the internet from, the programs needed are the same. Follow the instructions from that link mule1975 posted for you.
