Just wanted to shoot out a message... im new to all this really trying to learn more about it cause my mom just loves the scanner and listing to it but has a tough time with the finer points of it ....so id thought id read up and learn it all..... man i need to hit the lottery so i can pay for all my expensive hobbies!!
