Hello can someone please hook me up with freescan file to import for 396XT I live in Mesa. Just got my new 396XT and I'm new to scanning. I would like to get up and running in the Mesa / Maricopa County Az area while I learn how to program Thank you

have you got a rograming cord for scanner?
it be faster to do it by computer
you will to buy the programing software

Thank you for the reply but I swaped the 396XT for the Home patrol 1 much easier to program.
