does any body know what flathead county Blankenship fire tone out is the number they use to page them out for the tone if so please post it here I found the other departments

I am assuming you are asking what the frequency they use to page out Blankenship Fire? From the database it seems that 154.235 is the frequency they use for those operations.

It may be a while before someone who knows the tones runs across this thread.... I have had to wait over a week before I got a correct reply from someone.

And, because you are in "the boonys" there are probably less scanner listeners in your area than others.

Hopefully someone can help you find the missing information!

Lmbeck35 if you have a scanner you can figure it yourself rather easily. If you have a uniden with fto then use that. If not you can record the tone and run it through a decoder.

I have searched extensively online and not finding the tone-out you are looking for, here is a website with software that will decode the tones. TwoToneDetect......more specifically http://www.twotonedetect.net/twotonefinder/
