MSP Helo would be on the 800 TRS Troop TG of the area they are in, unless on a special assignment and using one of the SOPS channels

MSP helos are on the MSP "STATEWIDE" talk group unless they are working in a specific area or incident. This is for flight following purposes so that they don't get "lost". When they are on an incident it is as Bill said.

I know you asked for Police and EMS helos but 123.025 is good to have too. I hear the news helos on there pretty often.
