It was just about 30-40 mins of chit-chat. So, I can't be 100% certain, but my gut says it was AACo PD, and not MSP, given the activity was taking place around Ritchie Highway in Arnold/Annapolis. The only real callsign mentioned was Air 1, and everything else was pretty informal. It didn't sound as though the channel was being monitored.
