Help 325p2

I have a 325P2 and when I am scanning bank ID's it all of a sudden switches to public safety and locks on a. a 6 digit frequency

This even happens when I have no sites selected

When its in PS press L/O twice , or press "menu" and go into it and L/O by hand the public service search....

You can also do "Function" then L/O twice while in the PS scan you want to stop.
