HELP! All Channels L/O on BC92XLT... Can't Unlock!

Hi there, I would appreciate any help that can be given to me. I have the BC92XLT scanner, and I went to enter in a couple new channels tonight, but it said that they were locked out. I tried to unlock them, but to no avail.

So then I reset the radio, and when it came back to I now have 200 channels locked out. I cannot get them to unlock. The 0 key (also the lockout key) does work, so I'm not too sure what to think it could be. Any help would be appreciated, seeing as how the owners manual and the Uniden website is not too helpful. It might help if you program some frequencies into the scanner.

To program your scanner....

1. Press Hold then the channel number...Note: A channel number is not a frequency, it's like channel 1, channel 2 and so on

2. After you enter the channel number, Press FUNC then Press E

3. Enter a frequency then press E twice

4. Repeat step 3 until you have enter all your desired frequencies

5. Press Scan and enjoy
