BCD996T. Uploaded conventional to unit and cant find it . Unit just keeps roaming through presets. Very frustrating. Ive done the reading and still cant get this thing to work a year later. Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated. In lamens terms please and thankyou.

Got a couple questions
1-Are you using software when programing the scanner?(if yes which one?)
if so,
2-Have you tried reading info from the scanner?
if yes,
3-Does show the system's name in the list of programmed systems?
