Help Creating P.500 file

I have trying to create a p500 file that will let me do the following:
Bank 1: Pinal county and rural metro fire (conventional)
Bank 2: Gilbert pd only
Bank 3: mesa pd only
Bank 4: MCSO only
Bank 5; Apache Junction pd only
Bank 6: Tempe only
Bank 7: Chandler pd only

I live in the Queen Creek area and have had no luck doing so. I want to be able to lock-out what banks I don't want to listen to. I have a GRE PSR-500 scanner. I would even pay someone to create it as long as it works as requested. Please mail me @ byter1@gmail.com

I live in Queen Creek myself. Here is the file I just recently put together. Should be a good starting point. Just change the extension to .p500 instead of .txt.
