help.. GRE PSR-295 channel lockout

ok here it is ... i have the GRE PSR-295 and when i try to scan it says 'Channels' Scan Bank 0123456789 All channles Locked out!' can anyone help me as i have no idea what i can do!

It generally means that nothing is programmed into the banks. Press MAN, and see what is in the different banks and channels. If it shows: 000.0000. Nothing is programmed into that Bank/Channel.
