hello i need help i would like to know if someboby here have experimented my problem with a 796d when i try to put firmware on the radio i put the scanner in programmation mode but i dont have enable my computer funtions on the scanner and after that my scanner jam and i dont have audio display etc call for help.

Gee, I thought the firmware in the scanner was good to go. Pull up a blank program on the software and download it to the scanner. That may reset anything you changed? #2 call Uniden #3 ship it in for reset. Good Luck
