Hi- I've been using my Pro-96 on a Motorola system for years without a hitch. Two days ago the county rebanded and I heard nothing. I came here and entered in all the new frequencies on my scanner. I am still not getting anything other than he occasional call.
When I manually look at the control channel, it says 0% and then slowly comes up to 85 or 90%, but as soon as I manually go up on and then return, it says zero again. I don't ever remember seeing this before I entered thenew frequencies.
What am I doing wrong?
