HELP! i have a pro-163

i am new to the scanner hobby. we programmed our channels and when the scanner reaches the 800 spectrum we get noise at al the programmed stations. is there something we aer doing wrong?

thank you for your responce. i found out that the local police are going the a new trunk setting of something like APCO 25 and the PRO 163 does not except the setting.
